1. What PlayTCG is. PlayTCG is a website at playtcg.digital (our only domain) for digital packs that each represent one real graded trading card. The cards are bought, stored and shipped through Collector Crypt, a third-party vault and fulfilment provider. We don't hold the physical cards ourselves. PlayTCG is operated independently.
2. Access. Anyone can browse the packs, look at real graded slabs and try the free demo pull. Access to pack opening is by email sign-up: we email you when your access is ready. Pack purchases are not available on the site at this time: nothing can be bought, and no pack can be opened for real. The demo pull is free: nothing is bought, won or saved. Any change is announced on @JustPlayTCG and shown on this page.
3. Random outcomes. Each pack gives you one graded card, drawn at random when you open it. You can't choose the card. Each pack page shows its price and what it can contain before any purchase. Past pulls don't change future results. The card you get can be worth less than the price you paid for the pack.
4. Cards and custody. Cards are held in Collector Crypt's vault. Custody, shipping and redemption follow Collector Crypt's own terms, published by Collector Crypt. Any sell-back price is a quote from Collector Crypt that expires at the time shown. Any "est." value is only a display estimate, not an offer.
5. Your wallet. You connect your own Solana wallet, and you're responsible for keeping it safe. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. We never DM first.
6. No advice. Nothing on this site or our channels is financial, investment or legal advice. Card values can go down.
7. No guarantees. The site is provided as it is. It can pause, change or stop. When sales are paused, cards already in your vault are not affected.
8. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, of legal age where you live, and allowed to use services like this there. If you're not, don't use it.
9. Trademarks. Pokémon, One Piece and the leagues, teams and players shown on sports cards are trademarks of their respective owners. PlayTCG is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them or by any grading company. Photos show real graded cards; card images belong to their owners.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
11. Contact. Email contact@playtcg.digital (main address) or playtcgteam@mail.grokbot.com, or message @JustPlayTCG on X.
